REFUND POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any of the following reasons, you may request an update to your product that will rectify your dissatisfaction or a refund of fees collected.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

JUST FIX IT!

If you feel that a product did not deliver the promised content, please let us know.  If we can rectify the shortcomings, we will!  Send us an e-mail at support@pawrestlers.com.  Be sure to reference the subject Wrestler's full name and/or the URL of the delivered product.

REFUND

Custom Profiles

If you have purchased the creation of a Custom Profile, refunds can be granted prior to delivery with the following amounts:

Standard Delivery

Business Days Since Payment | Refund Amount

0-1 | 90%

1-2 | 80%

2-3 | 70%

3-4 | 60%

4-5 | 50%

5-6 | 40%

6-7 | 30%

7-10 | 25%

Rush Delivery

Business Days Since Payment | Refund Amount

0-1 | 75%

1-2 | 40%

2-3 | 25%

If you have purchased the creation of a Custom Profile and the profile has been delivered to you, refunds are granted when the product did not deliver the promised results.  You must provide pawrestlers.com with the opportunity to rectify the issue(s).  If we are unable to rectify the issues, we will offer a full refund.

Examples of scenarios where a full refund will be granted:

  • We are unable to obtain the wrestler's statistical history

  • The profile page is consistently unavailable or will not render

  • The profile is not delivered within 10 business days for standard service or within 3 business days for rush service

Refunds are not provided for any of the following reasons:

  • The wrestler is no longer interested in wrestling in college

  • The wrestler is no longer academically or athletically eligible to wrestle in college

  • The wrestler isn't receiving the offers he expected

  • The wrestler isn't receiving communications from coaches he expected

  • The wrestler hasn't received a scholarship offer

To request a full refund, please submit the following information to support@pawrestlers.com:

  1. Your Name

  2. Date and Amount of Payment

  3. Product(s) Expected

  4. Reason for Refund Request
